MUSEO ARQUEOLÓGICO Y ETNOLÓGICO DE CÓRDOBA
The Archaeological and Ethnological Museum of Córdoba is located in the old Palacio de los Páez de Castillejo and was inaugurated in 1965.
It is composed of eight rooms, four patios and a gallery that houses an interesting sample of prehistoric, Hispano-Roman, Hispano-Visigoth and Islamic pieces that make an entertaining journey through the history of the province of Cordoba.
The upper floor of Archaeological and Ethnological Museum of Córdoba is dedicated exclusively to the Hispano-Muslim culture, with special emphasis on the valuable pieces from Medina Azahara.
